The hotel owners were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Proximity to Disney Land.
This is a very old building. Furniture and bedding was damaged and badly stained. There is an apparent leak which has damaged the ceilings.
This is a nice, no-frills American-style motel. The location is roughly halfway between Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm, handy for people who want to visit all of the tourist attractions in the area. The bedding and towels were softer and thicker than at other budget motels I'm used to. The room had a microwave and small refrigerator which made light meals easy to prepare. The laundry cost only $1 each to wash and dry. The owner Steve is very helpful and accommodating. I accidentally left money on the table and it was all there when I returned after the room had been cleaned. We will stay there again the next time we are in the area.
While the location is central to the tourist attractions, there isn't much to do in the immediate neighborhood. There are supermarkets and restaurants within driving distance, but a car is a necessity.
Phones not working for 2 weeks
I came in later than expected and they made accomodations to make sure that my room was ready.
Too easy to hear other people in adjoining rooms and only supplied condiments for one cup of coffee per day.
Hard to get hot water, beds way too hard, sink stopper broken, stains on the couch, and TV not viewable from bed
It was alright at least it had a mattress and an ac
Found a five inch long waterbug in the shower, as well as a few silverfish, I saw a few drug deals go down and the hotel wouldn't give me an extra pillows. My wife and I had one each.
I didn't like anything about this hotel.
I didn't like the beds, bathroom(very dirty), sink (hair and other items stuck in the outlet), sofa (very dirty), swimming pool (very dirty - bugs, leaves, etc)
Staff are nice and the location is excellent. Close to Disneyland and other places if you like to do shopping.
Shower is terrible.
Not pleased at all poor service very rude
The room is very clean and refreshing and the staff is super friendly.
Just a minor detail; there were hairs on the cover but when I brought it to the staff and he was quickly corrected within minute.
Nothing what so ever place only had cold water. Was moved rooms because they had a mix up.
Everything was poor.
The price. The beds were harder than a rock and the building was very old.
The beds were harder then a rock. Not comfortable.
It was so dirty. The carpet looked like it had mud smeared all over it. The toilet was dirty with rings inside of it. The towels and wash cloths were torn and stained with black. It looked like some had washed their car tires with them. The shower curtain was dirty and had mold growing all over it. I think people usually live at this motel. We would never stay here again.
I traveled with my relatives. Their room has no blankets in November weather. The two beds only had the bed-spreads. My niece did not ask for blankets, she wore more clothes to sleep. It was so cold. One thing was, she can call the customer service for blankets, but she didn'T. I doubted, why they did not put blankets underneath? She told me the next day, which I felt bad for her. That was a very bad experience we ever came across.
